Beautiful, precision laser engraved, hand-colored, durable solid wood keychain to carry with you throughout the day. Measures approximately 1" x 2" and comes complete with a sturdy 1.25" key ring attached. Makes a great gift, addition to your daily carry, or collectable!
The keychain displays the Christ Pantocrator (Christ the Almighty) icon - based on one of the earliest depictions of Christ in the early Church. On the back is the Jesus Prayer, an ancient prayer with its origins in the East, intended to be repeated throughout the day.
Pope Francis, speaking about the Jesus Prayer, linked it to St. Paul's instruction in Thessalonians to "Pray without ceasing." Pope Francis went on to recommend the Jesus Prayer to be said throughout the day, describing it as a prayer "that, little by little, adapts itself to the rhythm of breath and extends throughout the day... Indeed, the breath never stops, not even while we sleep; and prayer is the breath of life..."
